Our service contents
· Client Makes an Order
Client downloads the Company Information Collecting Form, fill the form with the company background and detailed vacancy information.
· Vacancy Analysis
Western Headhunter analyzes the talents distribution and hunting difficulty according to the client’s order.
· Signing the agreement
The two parties sign the agreement according to the job analysis. The client shall pay the subscription in 2 working days after signing the agreement.
· Executive Search
Western Headhunter shall search for the qualified candidates through every possible way and means
· Talent Appraisal
Western Headhunter shall conduct the comprehensive appraisal for the candidate of the special characteristics、capacity、skill and leadership etc.
· Interview the Candidate
The client shall interview the recommended candidates for the terminal selection.
· Employment
The candidate shall not take the position before the candidate terminates the labor contact, do the relevant procedures and come to the employment agreement.
· Settlement for the Service Fee
The rest of the headhunting service fee shall be settled in one week since the employed talent takes the position
